Our take written by I Ate Ohio
Milton's has two numbered stops in the passport, 8 in Middletown on Roosevelt Boulevard and 9 in Monroe, so a visit to each counts separately toward the dozen. The bureau's Middletown listing calls the shop a donut shop icon and singles out its glazed donut.
Note the Monroe address: the passport prints 15 American Way, while the bureau's listing prints 15 S American Way. The bureau lists the phone number (513) 422-8612 for both locations.
Our plain-language reading of the bureau's words quoted on this page. It adds no facts of its own.
